Staff and students are required to use different forms, as indicated on the WATE Nominations page. Please ensure that you are filling out the correct nomination form: current University staff must fill in the 'WATE Staff Nomination' form and current students the 'WATE Student Nomination' form. Incorrect forms may not be accepted.
